A St. Cloud man was killed Sunday morning after being struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Nova Road and Pine Grove Road in Osceola County.
Troopers say, Matthew Lynn Dorr, 52, of St. Cloud was a pedestrian on the west shoulder of Nova Road, when he stepped into the road way and into the path of a Ford Expedition driven by Cynthia Annette Cassetty, 53, of St. Cloud.
The vehicle struck Dorr who was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital, where he died.
Cassetty suffered no injuries as a result of the accident. Her passenger, Bradley Scott Cassetty, 50, was also unhurt.
The accident is being investigated. Charges are pending, troopers said.
