A female Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) Detention Deputy, who admitted to deputies that she has a “spanking fetish” was arrested on Thursday, accused of severely beating two children between the ages of 10 and 18 years.
45-year-old Robin L. Pagoria was arrested and charged with three counts each of aggravated child abuse, child pornography, promotion of child pornography and possession of child pornography.
Investigators said, Pagoria who had access to the two children, spanked them for being disrespectful.
According to the Arrest Affidavit, Pagoria would make the girls undress, lie naked face down on a desk, bound their ankles to the legs of the desk and spank them. She would use handcuffs to keep the girls restrained, as she spanked them.
One of the children told investigators that Robin “spanked her buttocks with a ‘tawse’ or leather sex paddle” that was purchased on the Internet.
As she spanked the girls, Pagoria would record the whippings and distribute the video of the beating to another male, out of state, whom she met on line.
Pagoria admitted to detectives that she videotaped the spankings sessions “so she could review them after the spanking and ‘Fine Tune’ her technique. She told investigators she “has had a spanking fetish for most of her life and that she is sexually gratified by spanking herself.”
Pagoria resigned her position today with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. She was arrested and booked into the Polk County Jail.
