Police: Ninja Robber Strikes Again

Police are searching for an armed suspect known as the Ninja Robber who robbed a Family Dollar store on Sunday night.

The black male suspect entered the Family Dollar store at 810 NW 28th Street, just before 9:00 pm, armed with a handgun, police said.  The suspect was wearing dark clothing and carrying a backpack.

Investigators says, the suspect usually runs into the store, jumps over the counter and demands money.  He then places the cash drawer in the backpack, then flees the business.

Police believe that last night’s robbery is the fifth one by the same suspect, including two robberies in Marion County.

04/15/2011, Dollar General, 2195 NW 10 St. (Ocala Police Department case)

04/28/2011, Kangaroo, 909 NE 28 St. (Ocala Police Department case)
