A man was found dead in a house fire on Orange Blossom Trail on Thursday night and investigators believe that the victim was killed.
Orange County Fire Rescue extinguished a fire at 4288 North Orange Blossom Trail just before mid-night on Thursday and subsequently discovered the body of a white male inside the home. The victim is believed to be in his late 40s or early 50s.
Based on evidence collected at the scene and a preliminary examination of the deceased, deputies believe that, the man was the victim of a homicide.
No other information is being released at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
