Popstar Nadja Benaissa, who is at the centre of an HIV scandal, has been released on bail today after spending ten days in jail in Frankfurt. The singer, who carries the HIV virus, is alleged to have had unprotected sex with at least three men.
The public prosecutor’s office approved the bail, but deny the charges made against Nadja have been dropped altogether.
Public prosecution office spokesman, Ger Neuber said: “The arrest warrant will be merely postponed, not lifted. The case is likely to go much further.”
