Deputies arrested 26-year-old Robin Greinke and her boyfriend, Steven Neil, 32, and charged them with first degree murder in the death of 3-year-old Noah Fake.

Deputies were called to the Abaco Key Apartments on Mystic Circle around 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, where they found Orange County Fire Rescue paramedics administering CPR to Noah, who was not breathing.  The toddler was taken to the Dr. Phillips Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 6:00 p.m. by an emergency room physician.

Initially, based on witness statements and attending medical personnel, it was suggested that Noah had likely died from a medical condition. But on further investigation, deputies learned the couple from Illinois had been drinking and lost it when the boy wet his pants.   They spent the next hour spanking, throwing and punching Noah.   Then these two scumbags sat around drinking and eating pizza, as Noah fought for his life.

Yesterday autopsy results revealed, Noah’s death was as a result of blunt force trauma.

Greinke, Noah’s mother and Neil were re-interviewed by Orange County detectives.

Deputies have charged Greinke and Neil with first degree murder, aggravated child abuse and child neglect.

They were booked into the Orange County Jail on Thursday.
