Two persons were arrested on charges of first degree murder in the killing of another man found dead on Curry Ford Road on Christmas Eve, Orlando Police said.
Heath Lee Helvey, 35 years and Renee Lynn Stewart, 41, have been charged with first degree murder in connection with the death of Leonardo Hall-Garibaldi, 58.
Police say that Helvey was already booked into the Orange County Jail on unrelated charges on January 8, 2011.
Stewart was booked into the jail on Saturday, January 15 2011 around 7:30 pm.
Hall-Garibaldi was found dead at the Hacienda del Sol Apartments on Curryford Road, #114 on December 24, 2010. Police have not released how Hall-Garibaldi died or the motive for the killing.
The investigation is ongoing.
