Four people accused of participating in a botched home invasion robbery in Daytona Beach, that left a 13-year-old boy dead, has been delayed.
Lloyd Robinson, Jr., 13 years, who lived in Stone Mountain, Georgia, was killed around 4.00 a.m. on July 20, 2009, while visiting his father at his Graham Street home in Daytona Beach.
Ervin Dale Shipman, 23, Carine Denise Doctor, 28, Tarod Weaver, 23, and accused gunman Ronald David Roscoe, 22, are awaiting trial in the murder case. A jury was expected to have been picked today.
