San Francisco police took aim at a man in a wheelchair outside a mental health facility, shooting him twice in the groin.
Four plainclothes and two uniformed officers surrounded the wheelchair-bound man on Tuesday, as seen in this cellphone video uploaded to YouTube. He was reportedly armed with a knife and a chunk of concrete.
Police said that the suspect stabbed one cop in the shoulder and slashed tires on a city vehicle.
