Man Driving Too Fast Killed in Crash, Troopers Say

A 26-Port-St. Lucie man, driving too fast, died this morning after his vehicle over-turned several times on I-95 in Brevard County, troopers said.

Chad A. Henderson, 26, of Port St. Lucie died on the spot when his 2002 Ford heading southbound on the I-95 exit ramp to County Road 516, overturned several times, ejecting him from the vehicle.

Henderson was going at a high rate of speed around 3:30 am, on Monday morning, when his Ford traveled onto the east grass shoulder, subsequently rotating clockwise across the southbound exit ramp and onto the west grass shoulder, troopers said.   Henderson was thrown from the vehicle after it overturned several times.

Henderson died on the spot.
