A man who sexually battered two male victims under the age of 12 years was arrested on Wednesday, Orange County Sheriff’s deputies said.
Adam Roy Tuttle, 31, of east Pinelock Avenue, was arrested without incident today, after two boys under 12 years, told investigators that Tuttle sexually battered them on several occasions. Investigators said Tuttle confessed in interviews to sexually battering the children at least 16 times over the past two months. He was previously arrested in 2004 for sexually related crimes against children. Tuttle is a registered sexual offender.
Tuttle was charged with 16 counts of sexual battery on two children under 12-year-old. He was taken to the Orange County Jail, where he is being held.
Investigators are concerned that Tuttle may have victimized other children.
