Missing 3-year-old Child Found, Unharmed

UPDATE: 5: 13 pm, September 16, 2010

Sharlice Olivencia has been located.  Detectives said that Sharlice apparently wandered into an unsecured apartment in her complex and remained undetected until she was located at 4:37 PM.  Deputies said she appears to be safe and unharmed.   The circumstances of her disappearance remain under investigation.

Orange County Sheriff’s deputies are currently searching for a 3-year-old missing child who disappeared at the Camellia Points Apartments.

Sharlice Olivencia, 3-year-old missing child

Detectives received a call around 1:30 pm today during which they were advised by the caller that she lost site of the little girl while walking near a stairwell in the apartment complex located at 6453 Camellia Garden Drive.

Sharlice Olivencia, the missing child, is about 2 feet tall with shoulder length brown hair in a pony tail.  She has brown eyes, and was wearing a white shirt with hearts on the front of it, and blue jean shorts with a pink waistband.

An extensive and active search is underway for Sharlice, deputies said.
