Tuesday morning Bill Segal, candidate for Orange County Mayor, will unveil ‘The Segal Tax Cut Plan’. The plan provides property tax cuts for Orange County (OC) homeowners. Segal will discuss his plan at a news conference Tuesday morning outside a health care clinic run by Orlando hotelier Harris Rosen. Segal wants to create a similar clinic for Orange County government employees in order to significantly cut the cost of providing health care for government workers.
