Rubio Named in Criminal Investigation

The Feds have begun a criminal investigation into how American Express Cards were used by top elected officials and staff of the Republican Party of Florida.  In a parallel investigation, the Internal Revenue Service is pouring over the tax records of former Florida House Speaker Marco Rubio and others to determine if they misused party credit cards they had, for their personal expenses.
