A local drug dealer was busted for cocaine trafficking in Orange County.
Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies seized six guns and more than 500 grams of cocaine, along with other drugs and nearly $4,000 in cash, from 23-year-old Mario Donta Lockhart’s home.
Lockhart was arrested and charged with cocaine trafficking.
“Proud of our Sector 4 COPS B deputies for working hard to stop this drug dealer from further endangering our community,” the Orange County Sheriff’s Office posted.
According to OCSO, least two of the guns recovered were stolen, one of them from a vehicle. Because of that, they took the opportunity to remind the community why it is important to responsibly store firearms.
Local law enforcement said that just a few extra safety steps can prevent guns and weapons from ending up in the wrong hands.
