This month, the Volusia Sheriff’s Office and task force partners with the assistance of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office conducted investigations into reports of prostitution at Central Florida massage parlors.
Volusia County detectives found prostitution occurring at 10 locations.
During the investigation, detectives interviewed the employees involved to determine whether they may be human trafficking victims. None of those arrested indicated they were subjected to human trafficking.
According to local law enforcement, further investigation is being conducted in collaboration with Homeland Security Investigations, the Department of Health and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Massage Eden, 1025 N. Nova Road, Holly Hill
Asian Massage, 431 S. Nova Road, Ormond Beach
East Spa, 170 S. Yonge St., Ormond Beach
