A locally based national company treated Orlando Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital patients to a Halloween surprise last week.
On October 31st, associates from Marriott Vacations Worldwide’s (MVW) corporate offices volunteered their time to ensure the patients at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children had a fun and spooky Halloween. Associates dressed in costume and decorated hallways in a “zoo” theme to pass out candy to the children.
As part of MVW’s Commitment to Giving, the company has been a long-standing corporate partner of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN) since it became an independent, public company in 2011 (and since 1983 as part of Marriott International), donating more than $16.8M to CMN over the last 12 years.
Associates, Owners, Members and guests raise funds through hosting large-scale events like the Caring Classic golf tournament, conducting unique fundraising events at the resorts and participating in the Torch Relay for CMN.
