Casey Anthony’s check fraud case, due to commence on January 25th, is being postponed, reports News 13.
There are motions filed in relation to Anthony’s check fraud case, such as a change of venue, that have not yet been heard.
Anthony faces 13 counts for check fraud, unless a plea deal is worked out. She is accused of stealing checks from her former friend, Amy Huzienga, and cashing them.
Much more serious, Anthony is charged with first degree murder in the death of her two-year-old daughter, Caylee. She sits in an Orange County jail awaiting trial in this case.
If convicted, Anthony could face the death penalty.
