The Orlando Police Department announced a drug trafficking arrest after methamphetamine, cocaine and pills were recovered when downtown bike officers spotted a driver concealing drugs.
On July 29th, Orlando police officers approached a vehicle located at West Pine Street. Police say an officer immediately saw the driver start concealing a plastic bag of a white powdery substance and an orange pill bottle. Probable cause was established to search the vehicle.
In a small backpack, at the driver’s feet, the officers located 400g of Methamphetamine, 24g of Cocaine, 38 Trazedone pills (Controlled Substance), and 8g of THC wax:
The defendant was charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamines and other drug related charges.
“Great job by our Downtown Bike Officers,” OPD posted.
