With no winner in three months, the grand prize for the Mega Millions has now reached $790 million, which is the fourth-largest jackpot in U.S. lottery history according to officials.
The cash option for the jackpot would be $464.4 million.
The next drawing for the $790 million Mega Millions jackpot will be Tuesday, July 26th.
The current top 3 Mega Millions jackpots include $1.537 billion from a 2018 winning ticket, $1.05 billion from a 2021 winning ticket, and $656 million from three winning tickets in 2012.
The Mega Millions lottery game is played in 45 states, Washington D.C. and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The jackpot prize will be shared among jackpot winners in all Mega Millions states. All non-jackpot prizes are set payouts, according to the Florida Lottery.
