The patent for invention number 9,516,478 B2 is a system or method for including functionality which requires a primary user to upload contact information having unique recipient data, storing the data into a database and create group messages having core content and unique recipient data.
“This patent makes us the industry leader when it comes to the ability to personally reach important contacts with unique messages,” said Eric Beans, CEO of Texting Base. “Texting is a very personal form of communication while group texting has always been impersonal. Owning the intellectual property for personalizing group messages is a crucial step for us on our quest to change the way mass communications are handled.”
She endorses the technology, “I enjoy using the technology,” Charissa Godwin, CEO of Avid Virtual Assistants, said as she endorsed the technology. “My partner and I have replied to several messages already and generated 3K in sales from using the software in the last few days.”
“This patent will evolve with the data driven demands of organizations to help them engage people in ways never before possible,” CCO Alex Shaffer added.
The patent covers the end-to-end process of handling and displaying data into a group message, the system and process for handling the data, the interface and the protocol so each recipient receives a unique and personal message.
“Businesses are collecting more data and finding ways to leverage and monetize that data is a market that will continue to grow,” said Beans. “Our patented technology provides a means to leverage that data to reach people directly with highly targeted communications.”
