Commissioner Bryan Nelson is hosting a back to school fair on August 6, 2016 at the John H. Bridges Center in Apopka. The Back to School Fair will feature local community vendors, refreshments and a backpack giveaway.
The backpacks will feature essential school supplies including; 1 ruler, 3 folders, 1 blunt scissors, 24 pack of Crayons, 10 #2 pencils, 8 count pack of markers, 1 large glue stick, 1 wedge eraser, 1 pencil sharpener, 100 page composition notebook, and a 150 count of filler paper. Backpack Gear will be supplying the backpacks. Pre-registration is taking place now until July 29, 2016 at the John Bridges Center in Apopka, Fla. Any parents who would like to register their children should stop by the John Bridges Community Center at 443 W 13th Street Apopka Fla 32703 and speak to staff.
