A woman is believed to have stolen another woman’s identification and personal check, presenting both to a teller at Bank of America on E. Colonial Drive, Orlando Police Department investigators have said. The incident occurred on September 24th in the afternoon.
The unknown female entered the bank and handed the teller a Florida Drivers Livense, a Military Identification card and a personal check made out to Lisa Smith.
The female stated to the teller that she wanted to cash the check in the amount of $3,800 against her account. However, the teller stated that he noticed right away that the female didn’t look like the identification she had presented and acted very suspiciously when she was asked to present her debit card. The teller went to get a manager to confirm his suspicion, but upon returning the female had fled the bank in an unknown direction of travel.
The female was described as a white female, approximately thirty years of age, five foot five, blonde hair, blue eyes wearing a beige shirt.
