A young married couple who boasted on Facebook about their purchase of a million dollar home, was arrested in Clay County, Florida, earlier this week.

Justin, 24, and Jenna Dean, 23, have been charged with unlawful filing, uttering a forged instrument and grant theft. The Deans have since been released on bond.

According to news reports, the investigation began in September, when another couple lawfully purchased the home for $1.1 million and found it already occupied.

During the police investigation, authorities discovered the Deans had filed forged documents and a bogus quit claim deed on the foreclosed property, located in the 5700 block of County Road 214.

The Deans claimed they had purchased the foreclosed 7,000-square-foot home in Keystone Heights, for $1,000.  The house sits on 200 acres.

Authorities say, the quit claim deed, filed electronically, was fraudulent.

In addition to boasting on Facebook about their million dollar home, the couple also took pictures of themselves in the pool and posted them on social media, police said.
