A body found on train tracks in Sanford delayed SunRail service on Friday.
Sanford police say, the unidentified man was struck by a train late last night. A conductor spotted the body around 5:00 a.m., Friday.
Police activity in the area led to the closure of SunRail tracks near State Road 46.
Although SunRail trains have begun running again, service was delayed for at least three hours.
Sanford detectives are continuing to investigate the death.
