Orange County deputies have identified one of the victims of the double homicide that occurred at the Misty Oaks Apartments in Pine Hills on Tuesday.
Ron Williams, 32, a Black male, was gunned down, along with a white female in her 20s, investigators said.
Deputies have not released the identity of the female, pending notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, a third victim, who called investigators to the Misty Oaks Apartments on Orange County’s westside around 1:15 p.m., was also shot. She remains in serious condition at the Orlando Regional Medical Center. The unnamed woman is not considered a suspect in the double homicide and investigators are anxious to interview her.
Investigators believe that all three victims were known to each other.
A motive for the killing is not yet known.
Anyone who may have seen suspicious activity around Misty Oaks Apartments or near the intersection of Hiawassee and West Colonial Drive today between 11 a.m. and 1:15 p.m., is urged to call Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS.
