The Orlando Magic, the City of Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer and District 5 Commissioner Regina Hill will host a Back to School celebration at the Callahan Neighborhood Center in Parramore (101 North Parramore Avenue, Orlando, 32801) on Saturday, August 2, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
More than 300 youths from the Parramore Kidz Zone (PKZ) and the District 5 community will have an opportunity to participate in activities such as inflatables; arts and crafts; meet Magic Community Ambassador; sign up for library cards and receive giveaways and free feed on behalf of Commissioner Hill.
At registration, participants will receive a voucher for one donated backpacks filled with supplies – pencils, notebooks, markers and more.
