On 10/14/09 the Orange County Sheriff’s Office’s Fugitive Unit responded to 5549 New Cambridge Road and served an arrest warrant on 42-year-old Mr. Thomas Sweeney. The warrant was for obtaining pharmaceutical drugs illegally.
While at the residence, the agents observed drug paraphernalia in plain view. A search warrant was obtained and executed at the residence.
The search revealed over 1,000 illegal prescription pills to include: Xanax, Oxycodone, Valium, Hydrocodone, and Methadone. Other items recovered were 3 handguns, 7 riffles, body armor, loads of ammunition and cocaine.
Bryon McKee
The owner of the residence Mr. Bryon McKee, 45, was also arrested and charged with Trafficking in Hydrocodone, and Oxycodone, possession of cocaine, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
