The Orange County Sheriff’s Office needs your help to find Bobby Lee Montgomery.
Montgomery fled from a traffic stop at 18th and Westmoreland on Sunday afternoon and still remains at large. He failed to stop at a traffic light, then pulled into a yard near by and fled his vehicle. As it turned out, he left the car running with two young children in it and ran.
OCSO informed that Montgomery is charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license, bailing out leaving the vehicle running with two children in the car, child neglect, not wearing a seat belt and resisting an officer without violence.
Montgomery has a long rap sheet dating back to 1997, and has been charged previously with possession of cocaine, driving under the influence, battery on a law enforcement office sale and delivery of cocaine and grand theft.
