FEMA Personnel and Equipment inside a C-17 on way to American Samoa

Approximately 30 FEMA Logistics (LOG) staff and equipment are ready to depart Dobbins Air Force Base via C-17 cargo planes for Hickam Air Force Base in Hawaii to set up logistical assistance in response to the recent Samoan devastating tsunami.
