Man Robs Subway, Makes Off with Cash (Video)

A man robbed a Subway restaurant on Saturday morning and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash, Orange County deputies say.

The man walked into the Subway located at 7171 S. Orange Avenue around 10: a.m., and demand money from one of the employees.

The worker told investigators that the man had his hand under his shirt and she feared that he carried a gun.

The employee opened the register drawer and as she handed over the cash, the suspect told her he wanted $5 dollar bills too.

The suspect was last seen driving east on Perkins Road in a white older model Chrysler Sebring with a tan convertible top and black wheels.

The man is described as 25-30 years old, about 5′ 08″ to 5′ 10″ tall, with sandy blond hair.  He was wearing a black polo shirt and Khaki shorts and the time of the robbery.
