Horizon Vue, a 260-unit multifamily development in the heart of Horizon West, recently broke ground. The area is one of Central Florida’s fastest-growing and most in-demand communities.
Developed by Kimaya Real Estate and professionally managed by Atrium Management Company, Horizon Vue is designed to meet growing demand for lifestyle-driven apartment living near major employers and transportation corridors. The community will include smart-home features, high-end finishes, and an amenity-rich layout designed with today’s renter in mind.
Key features of Horizon Vue include:
- 260 Class A apartment homes
- 9,125-square-foot clubhouse
- Resort-style pool and walking trail
- EV charging stations and smart-home tech
- Onsite professional management
“We couldn’t have done this without great partners like Atrium, Walker & Company, and many more,” said Vishaal Gupta, CEO of Kimaya Real Estate. “It’s exciting to get this project off the ground in this part of Orange County, and we’re committed to creating even more communities in this fast growing region.”
Located at 7550 Avalon Road in Winter Garden, Horizon Vue sits adjacent to Orlando Health, with proximity to Valencia College, a new osteopathic medical campus, and Walt Disney World. Horizon West’s population has now surpassed 62,000 residents, with a median age of 36 and robust employment in management, finance, healthcare, and education.
“Horizon West represents the future of Central Florida, and Horizon Vue is our answer to the kind of growth this region is experiencing,” said Adam Wonus, Partner at Atrium Management. “It’s a community that values quality, convenience, and connection — and this development will deliver all three.”
The project’s development team includes Walker & Company (general contractor), Poulos & Bennett (civil engineering), FK Architecture, Allen & Company (surveying), Bio-Tech Consulting, Universal Engineering Sciences, Dix.Hite + Partners (landscape architecture), and HPA Design Group (interior design).
The official groundbreaking event was attended by ambassadors from the West Orange Chamber of Commerce, as well as representatives from the offices of U.S. Congressman Daniel Webster and Florida Representative Leonard Spencer, who shared remarks recognizing the importance of housing accessibility and economic growth in the region.
“Horizon West is one of the fastest-growing areas in the nation, and there are over a thousand people moving to Florida every day,” said Congressman Daniel Webster, in a message delivered by his office.
“This development marks an exciting step forward for Horizon West,” added Representative Leonard Spencer, in remarks from his office. “By offering new housing options like Horizon Vue, we’re ensuring that the people who make this region thrive — our teachers, healthcare workers, young professionals and families — can continue to live and grow right here in the communities they serve.”
