2 Postal Fraud Crooks Nabbed

During the months of July and August of 2009, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service received complaints from victims who reported the fraudulent forward of their U.S. Mail from their residence to a new location they had not authorized.  Subsequently, victims learned that new credit card accounts were opened fraudulently in their names and forwarded to the new address.

Today the U.S. Postal Service with the assistance of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 4417 S. Kirkman Road.  The following two people were arrested in relation to this case:

Josette Licencier,  a 33- year- old black female, from 914 Ferndale Road, Orlando, Florida and Andrew DeLeon Ardis, a 30-year- old black male, also from the same address.   They have both been charged with fraudulent use of credit cards, grand theft and criminal use of personal identification information.

Both defendants are being interviewed at this time at 2500 W. Colonial Drive.
