Two men robbed the Super 8 Orlando motel in the early hours of Saturday morning and made off with an undisclosed amount of money, Orange County Sheriff’s deputies said.
On January 16th at approximately 5:08 AM the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Communication Center received a 9-1-1- call in reference to an armed robbery that occurred at the Super 8 Orlando Motel, located at 1850 W. Landstreet Road.
The victim told deputies that two black males entered the business armed with handguns and demanded money. The suspects were described as wearing dark hooded sweatshirts with baggie pants. They appeared to be in their late teens early 20’s, approximately 6’, slim built. The victim complied with their demand and the suspects fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money. It is believed the suspects fled the scene in a small black vehicle.
No one was injured during the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
