When video editor Marina Schifrin grew dissatisfied with the long hours of work at the online Taiwanese animator Next Media Animation, she came up with a novel way to quit her job. Schifrin posted a film on YouTube of herself dancing around the office to Kanye West’s hit single Gone, with subtitles explaining why was was leaving.
Schifrin claimed the online video firm cared “more about views than quality.”
