Deputies Search for Sex Offender with Several Aliases, Appearances

Deputies are searching for a man, who sometimes appears as a woman, and who failed to register as a sex offender.

34-year-old Brelon Small, who has several aliases as he has appearances, vacated his residence at 1215 US Highway in Davenport several weeks ago, but failed to provide a new address to the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles, as required by Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Polk County deputies said.

Small, who sometimes appears as a woman as he is a transvestite, is a registered sex offender due to a 2006 conviction for lewd and lascivious acts upon a child, deputies said. He is currently out on bond from a previous arrest in November 2011 for failure to register as a sex offender.

According to deputies, Small has an extensive criminal history, including prior arrests for prostitution, robbery, sale of cocaine, among others.

Small has the following aliases: Bieosha Small; Lashay Small; Bonnie O’Neal; Andrew Washington; Andrea Washington. He is described as a black male or female, 5’8″, 175 lbs.
