A Young Guns defendant was indicted for murder in a Daytona Beach shooting case.
The Young Guns defendant is accused of shooting into a vehicle parked outside of a large party in Daytona Beach on April 13, 2025. The victim inside was shot in the chest and died at the scene.
The Volusia County grand jury recently heard the case of Jamarcus Summerall.
Summerall was charged with First-Degree Murder and Shooting into an Occupied Vehicle in the indictment.
The Central Florida case was investigated by the Daytona Beach Police Department. Assistant State Attorney Andrew Urbanak is the prosecutor assigned to the case.
