Deputies are searching for four black male suspects who robbed occupants of a home on Marseille Circle at gunpoint, on Orlando’s east side. In fear for their lives, the victims complied with the robbers’ requests and the bandits made off with jewelry and other items.
Investigators were called to 7321 Marseille Circle, off south Goldenrod Road, around 1:00 am on Wednesday morning, where they were informed by Frank E. Vila, one of the victims, that he had just been robbed by armed gunmen. Frank Vila, 39, told deputies that he was sitting in the driveway of his home when he was approached by four black men, one pointing a gun at his face, asking for money. Vila told the men he did not have cash, at which point, one of the suspects robbed him of his gold necklace.  With one of the suspects holding a gun to his back, Vila told investigators he was escorted into the home when the men stole a stereo/CD, cash, a Nintendo Cube game, and cell phones, among other items.
Vila told deputies that he was in fear for his safety and did everything the suspects asked him to do.  He also told the gunmen that inside the home were his elderly parents and his brother.
Vila’s brother, Richard, 43, who was inside the home, told investigators he heard the door open and the suspects entered, one of them pointing a gun at him to keep him quiet.
The suspects fled, apparently on foot, after robbing the home and remain at large.
The men are described as black males, between the ages of 17-25 years, ranging in height from 5’8″ to 5’9′ and weighing about 150 to 175 pounds.  Several of them wore dark clothing and black hooded sweat shirts. Three of the suspects had their faces covered. One or two of the suspects carried a handgun.
