The world’s largest cruise ship is in Port Canaveral and passengers say they are on board getting ready for its maiden voyage Monday. Royal Caribbean’s, “Freedom of the Seas” can hold more than 4,300 passengers and 1,300 crew members.
When it comes to cruise liners, the Royal Caribbean ship has a lot to offer. The massive ship is about four football fields long and has something for everyone. A mall, a barber shop, surfing, H2O Zone’s onboard for the kids and even a skating rink. Its bridge is on the cutting edge of technology.
“You always want to use the latest and up to date equipment and we do that here,” said first officer, Martin McConnell.
