Women Entrepreneurs Open Graze Craze Charcuterie Store in Winter Park

Women entrepreneurs and friends partner in the innovative Graze Craze brand in Winter Park, creating beautiful charcuterie boards and boxes to help celebrate special occasions.

Fans of the popular charcuterie dining style can now taste the trend locally at the new Graze Craze location opening at 843 S. Orlando Ave. in Hollieanna Shopping Center. The 1,000-square-foot store is operated by franchise owners Alyce Bartolomeo and Rachel Wheeler, longtime Winter Park residents whose extensive business experience includes customer service, dining and construction.

Graze Craze Winter Park “We are excited to deliver Graze Craze’s beautiful, healthier options to our neighbors in Winter Park and Maitland,” said Alyce Bartolomeo. “We love charcuterie and the idea of celebrating everything, and we’re happy to bring beautiful grazing selections to our clients’ businesses and homes.”

Alyce has been in the construction business for 30 years; she has owned various franchises and managed her husband’s law firm. Rachel was one of the founders of the Tijuana Flats Tex-Mex restaurant brand and sold it in 2015; she now owns a significant share of three locations in Tibby’s New Orleans Kitchen.

Both women have lived in Winter Park for many years. They are involved in all facets of their communities, including volunteer work with local charitable groups such as Kids Beating Cancer.

The store’s official ribbon-cutting will be co-hosted by Winter Park’s Chamber of Commerce on August 21st, and in the evening there will be a fun community celebration with charcuterie samples, light refreshments, a live DJ and more around 5:30pm.
