The body of a female was found in woods in Clermont on Friday, Lake County deputies said.
The woman, believed to be between 18-25 years old and about 5 feet 2 inches, was found in woods near Hancock Road and Heartwood Marsh, by a passer-by around 9:00 a.m.
Investigators would not say how the woman died nor have they released her identity.
There are no reports of missing persons who match the description of the woman.
