Deputies: Woman ID’ed in Shooting Death of Boyfriend
Investigators have also charged Elizabeth Kindred, a relative of Smith’s, as an accessory after the fact to the murder. It is believed that Kindred initially covered up the murder after Smith told her what she had done. Investigators say, the 911 call, likely made by Kindred, first reported the incident as an aggravated battery.
Gallon was visiting Smith at the home when he was murdered in the driveway.
The investigation is ongoing.
