A woman was arrested for attempting to defraud a Florida senior, and charged for stashing cash and hiding money in her body according to local law enforcement.
The Florida woman entered the jail with $3,200 in cash lodged in her vagina.
31-year-old Moniquie Love Turnbull, of Miami, was arrested after showing up at a Martin County senior citizen’s home in South Florida posing as a bank representative and attempting to obtain the victim’s debit card.
As part of her scam, Turnbull claimed she was from the bank but somehow failed to tell deputies she had a bank roll hidden in her private ATM, according to law enforcement.
It was not clear initially who the money was taken from, but law enforcement stated it was accounted for and sealed in evidence. “Keep in mind at some point the cash will be back in public circulation,” they posted.
According to law enforcement, Turnbull faced additional charges including introduction of contraband into a corrections facility. She had a $500,000 bond.
