A St. Cloud woman has been arrested, accused of entering a home and stealing two dogs, deputies said.

29-year-old Nicole Moses was taken into custody Monday, after deputies say, she stole a pit bull and black Labrador for a home in the 5000 block of Tuscaroa Avenue in St. Cloud.

A neighborhood told deputies he observed an unknown female, later identified as Moses, walking around the property and taking pictures.  The neighborhood also said, Moses went into the garage, removed the two dogs and then drove away in a blue Ford Explorer.

Deputies said, a note was placed on the garage door that indicated, “Dogs Found, Neglected and Abused…Please Text.”

The victim told police upon returning home he saw the note, texted the number and made arrangements to pay money to get his dogs back.  Just before the meeting, deputies spotted a blue Ford Explorer traveling in the area where the homeowner arranged to meet Moses.

Deputies initiated a traffic stop and found the dogs in the vehicle Moses was driving.

Moses was arrested and charged with burglary and grand theft.  She was booked into the Osceola County Jail.
