Actor, Wesley Snipes reported to the McKean Federal Correctional Institute in Lewis Run, Pennsylvania around noon on Thursday, to begin serving a three-year sentence.
Snipes, 48, was convicted in April of three misdemeanor counts of willfully failing to file income taxes over a ten-year period. He had unsuccessfully appealed the conviction over the past two years.
Recently, Snipes said in an interview on Larry King Live, he was nervous about going to prison and more so because of the length of time he was required to serve.
