In August 2013, the Treasury Department published final regulations for the “Individual mandate” provision of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), commonly called the “Affordable Care Act (ACA).” The regulations impose a penalty on large employers that do not offer affordable minimum essential coverage to “substantially” all “full-time” employees (those working over 30 hours per week) and dependents. Although this employer mandate is delayed until January 1, 2015, it is important to begin planning now. This seminar will provide information for individuals and business owners. This seminar will be presented in English only.

Due to the high demand and limited space available, reservations are required. Register by phone at (407) 428-5872 or by clicking here.
