The photo with the highest number of likes wins! The winner will be contacted in August 2013. The contest begins July 1 and ends July 31, 2013. Please have photos postmarked or digitally submitted by July 31st at 5pm.

Mailed photos should be sent to Orange County Environmental Protection Division, Historical Lakes Photo Contest, 800 Mercy Drive Suite 4, Orlando, FL 32808 or emailed to [email protected]. Be sure to include your contact information.

The North American Lake Management Society sponsors Lakes Appreciation Month each July to bring attention to the value of our community lakes. Lakes are an integral part of Florida’s quality of life. Clean lakes are a key component to public and environment health and safety. Lakes are a wonderful recreational resource ranging from boating, swimming, canoeing to fishing.
