Sheriff Jerry Demings invites the Central Florida community to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Safety Expo on Saturday, November 1, at the Central Operations, 2500 West Colonial Drive, Orlando (corner of West Colonial Drive and John Young Parkway) from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
There’ll be something for everyone – youths and seniors: live demos, safety sessions, recruiting/job information, CSI/Forensics Tours and lots of children’s activities. There’ll also be refreshments, prize drawings, information booths and much more.
And just in case you haven’t gotten enough from TV shows like ‘CSI” and want to learn more about how crime scene investigation – the meeting point of science, logic and law – works in the real world, make sure to take the CSI/Forensics Tours!
