A 72-year-old woman was the victim of an armed robbery and failed purse snatching attempt on March 31st, Orange County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) deputies said. OCSO would like your help in apprehending this crook.
According to OCSO:
On March 31st, a 72 year old female victim had been shopping at the Walmart located at 8101 South John Young Parkway around 8:00 in the morning. While entering her vehicle the suspect approached the victim from behind and grabbed her purse. The suspect violently pulled the victim to the ground and fled the scene without the purse.
The suspect is a white male, between 5′ 10″- 6’0″ and about 180 to 200lbs, blonde hair, white t-shirt and blue jeans.
The suspect entered the passenger side of a white, 4 door, SUV and fled the parking lot towards Sand Lake Road.
