Daytona Beach police are looking for two people believed to be involved in the fatal shooting of Lloyd Robinson, Jr. Investigators are interviewing neighbors and family of the victim to see if they can find any leads as to who the shooters are.
Investigators say that Robinson, Jr. went to the front door of the home he was visiting after hearing a knock. Instead of opening the door, the teen called his father to his side.
Investigators say that a woman knocked at the door and asked for a person by name. Without opening the door the teen’s father responded, telling the woman that nobody by that name lived at the house. That is when a man suddenly emerged from behind a brick wall and opened fire, shooting through the sliding glass door. One bullet hit the teenager in the face, killing him. Another bullet grazed the arm of Lloyd Robinson, Sr., the boy’s father.
